Payment
Deposit payable on booking your trip and is non-refundable.
Full balance of the trip is due 8 weeks before departure, after which no refunds can be made. It is strongly recommended that you take out your own travel insurance at the same time as making your deposit, should an unfortunate circumstance arise you can then make a claim to your insurance company. Make sure your insurance covers golf clubs, camera equipment and, most importantly of all, has good medical cover.

Name Changes
This will only affect your airline ticket and will be charged at the rate set by the relevant airline. This generally varies between £35 and £75.
