Payment
You will be required to pay a holding deposit of £25.00 per person when confirming booking and further payments can be made in accordance with our individual agreement, but in all cases full payment must be paid 30 days before travel after which no refunds can be made.

It is strongly recommended that you take out your own travel insurance at the same time as making your deposit, should an unfortunate circumstance arise you can then make a claim to your insurance company. Make sure your insurance covers golf clubs, camera equipment and, most importantly of all, has good medical cover.

Name Changes
This will only affect your airline ticket and will be charged at the rate set by the relevant airline. This generally varies between £35 and £75.
